Key Stage 2
Key Stage 2
We have higher expectation on senior
year students. We believe a story based
on case studies is more challenging
and effective. The storyline begins with
an old man who loved helping others.
His family was impoverished when he
was a child, but he was very grateful
that he met many caring people at all
stages of his life who helped him pass
through different difficulties. After he
grew up, he never forgot these caring
people. The old man wished that he
could help others like the way he was
treated. He tried his best to help those
in need.
Students make slippers for the granny in the story.
Years passed by, the old man wished somebody could take
up his role to share and help others with kindness. Therefore,
our students began to help others through letters, on topics
covering self-reflection, friendship, family relationships and
elderly issues. We wish they could understand the values
and build up good characters after passing through all
experiential tasks and reflections.
Students learn to be considerate by experiencing
the difficulties encountered by the elderly.
Students repair a wood folding chair. They learn that Students know how hard it is to do
they are responsible for repairing the broken thing housework and learn to be grateful.
