Actions Speak Louder Than Words

What does “actions speak louder than words” mean? It means we need to do things, instead of just talking
       about them.

Once upon a time, there was a child called Tim who was very naughty. He said that he always cared
for the elderly, so people around him would like him. If there weren’t enough people paying attention to him,
he would tell others that he would give food to the elderly and chat with them. Unfortunately, he did that just
because he wanted more girls to like him. He didn’t put what he said into action at all. Every girl around him
started to ask him how he had visited the elderly and his interactions with them. The girls asked the boy to take
them with him the next time he visited the elderly. After he heard the requests, his ears became red and his
face turned from pale to red. This is because he had never visited the elderly once. Never! He thought that he
could lie to the girls. He told them, “I need to study, so I can’t bring you to the elderly home today. Let’s go next
time!” But after a few requests and him refusing, the girls started to suspect if Tim was telling the truth. In the
end, the girls knew that the boy was a liar and did not want to be friends with him anymore.

There was also a boy called David, who was very good at making friends. He told his friends to visit
the elderly like him as well. He was kind and he often played games with the elderly after school. He bought
different kinds of food for the elderly. They had a good time there and he went there ten times a month. Not
only that, but he really enjoyed his time there.
David is a much better boy than Tim. David talks and puts his words into action. Everybody should be
       like David.

No one should be like Tim.
