Alex’s Terrible Dream

6B Fan Wing Shun

One day, Eva and Alex chatted about their dream jobs. Eva asked, 'What do
you want to be when you grow up?' 'Oh! I want to be an astronaut so that I can

visit the moon.' Alex answered.

That night, Alex slept early. Then he had a terrible dream. He dreamed about
his dream job. In the dream, he became an astronaut and went to the moon.

'Wow!' Alex shouted, 'It's big and beautiful!' He sat on a rock and looked at the
beautiful shiny stars. He was glad. Suddenly, a blue alien appeared. The alien had

two eyes like a snail and eight legs like an octopus. 'Who are you?' cried Alex and
raced to the spaceship. 'Bla bla bla bla bla…' the alien spoke strangely. Alex was

very scared and he tried to run away.
However, he ran too slowly. He thought

that he should do more exercise. Soon,
the alien caught him.

He was very scared and woke up.
He ran to his mum and told her about
his terrible dream. He learnt that to be

an astronaut was not easy. He needed

to do more exercise and he should be
brave to become an astronaut.
