Max’s Mistake

5A Wong Sze Nga Lavina

Last Friday, Max saw a person. She was a woman
with the long straight hair, the sunglasses and in the black

T-shirt. Max felt surprised. He thought that the woman
was a thief because she climbed over the window.

Later, Max called the police immediately. He said

to the police officer, 'There is a thief. Please come here
quickly!' The police officer replied, 'OK! The policemen

are coming.' Soon, the policemen came to the building and caught the woman.
She felt confused. Max heard that the woman said, 'I'm not a thief. I live in here.

It's a mistake!' Then he remembered that the woman was his neighbour. He felt
embarrassed because he misunderstood the woman was a thief.

Then, he said to his neighbour, 'I'm

sorry! I make a mistake.' In the end, the

woman forgave Max. She knew she should
bring her key whenever she went out.
