AGM Report 2020-2021

On Friday, October 29, 2021, the 16 PTA Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2020-2021 and Award Ceremony was held in the school hall. A total
of 40 parent-members, together with their family members, Ms Tracy Cheung, the Principal of the College, and 23 teachers attended the event.

Mr. Stephen Li, the Chairperson of the 16 Executive Committee (ExCo), delivered the Annual Report 2020-2021 of the 16 ExCo, under the
inspirational motto of ‘Together, Stronger, Happier’, which matches with the Olympic Spirit of ‘Faster, Higher, Stronger’.
With the support of the participating members, 3 motions were passed at the meeting. They were the Minutes of Last AGM, the PTA Annual
Report 2020-2021, and the PTA Audited Financial Report 2020-2021.
Specially added after the award presentation ceremony was the ‘Home-school Communication and Interaction’ session, which was greatly
welcomed by participating parent-members. Views were exchanged about the study of students at the College, their lives in the campus and PTA
activities.
