改善計劃」，效果理想。

Kwai Hing and Chung On Small Group Home III have successfully
accomplished the “Environment Improvement Programme” for small group
homes with a desirable result.

Promotion & Recruitment for
Foster Care Service
本年度，本處繼續致力推廣寄養服務，並首次使用網上講座
的形式招募寄養家長。當日共有十八位參加者，而本處正在
跟進兩名潛在的寄養家庭申請人。

This Year, our Agency has been committed to promoting Foster Care
Service and recruited foster care parents through online talks for the
first time. There was a total of 18 participants on that day and we
are now following up on 2 potential applicants for foster care homes.

期到九個家舍進行專題分享會。本處期望這些訓練能幫助同工
和寄養家長明白兒童行為問題背後所隱藏的情感需要，提升服
務質素，讓兒童在家舍或寄養家庭健康和愉快地成長。
年 服 港 青 少 務 香 處 Our Agency has organized “Preventing Children and Adolescents
From Sexual Assault” sex education workshop and co-held talks
such as “How To Cope With Children’s Oppositional Behaviours
and Threatening Interactions” and “Impact of Trauma on Children
Development” with clinical psychologists. At the same time, clinical
psychologists have made regular visits to our nine homes for sharing
sessions on specific topics. We hope these trainings can assist our
colleagues and foster care parents in understanding the hidden
emotional needs behind children’s behavioural problems, and hence
raising our service quality and allowing the children to grow healthily
and happily in the homes or foster care families.
