I am Larissa from Class 6C. I have been in the school
122 rope skipping team since P.2.

I joined the team because I found rope skipping fun and
it could be done alone or as a group. Group skipping
is very challenging because it requires teamwork. One
mistake can ruin the flow. Nevertheless, we never give
up and we always encourage each other to do our best.

I practised every week after school to prepare for the
yearly inter-school competition in Yuen Long District. I
would practise at home with my family too as they could
all skip very well.

I won a medal in my first school competition and since
then I added a few more to my collection. I am so grateful
to the school and the instructors for their support and
professional training.
