This year, I am proud of myself and our team because we practised hard and won
a medal for our school. Also, I am grateful for all the members in the rugby team
and all the teachers and the coach because they have taught me a lot. In the
rugby team, I have learnt the importance of teamwork. If some members refuse to
cooperate, we will not be able to win the competition. We need to work together
in order to achieve a better result.

Communication is the key to success. Effective communication can enhance School Teams
positive feelings and relationship among the team members. It also fosters trust
in the team so that we can work together towards a common goal.

6B Lui Pui Ying

Time flies. I have joined the school’s
rugby team for about two years.
The rugby team attracted me to join
because it emphasises teamwork
instead of individualism. Teamwork
has become the key to my life. The
Yuen Long District Primary School three most important things I learnt
Touch Rugby Tournament this year are perseverance, sharing
and responsibility. The person who
had the biggest impact on me this
year was my rugby coach Miss Yu
who always cares for our teammates
and encourages me. I am thankful to
be in the team. 125

6B Kwan Ching Nga 2019-2020 Harmony

This year I have learnt many new things, like rugby skills
and team spirit. I think the most important thing is building
team spirit. In team sports, team members work together in
order to have a better performance and win the games.

Something that challenged me was the inter-school rugby
competition this year. On the day of the competition, I was
very nervous because I did not know how we could win the
game. Luckily, I had many great teammates who taught me
how we could work together to win the competition. At last,
we won. I am proud of myself and my teammates.
