5E Choi Yan Yan - Champion

                              Dear Keyboardwarrior2020,

Thank you for showing your plight to me and I’m sorry to know that you have been caught
in a dilemma for a very long time. Being a young adult, I truly understand your situation
and your worries. In this letter, I’m going to provide you with some useful tips and advice
to walk out from this plight and share some of my personal experience as a girl who had
                              experienced similar difficulties.

First of all, being overweight is very depressing and demotivates you. When I was 12, I was
a chubby girl and was always laughed at by my schoolmates. They stared and whispered
about me. My parents started telling me to stop eating junk food. As a result, I started a plan.
I wrote a “TO DO LIST” for myself, making little goals for every day, which ranged from doing
less intensive exercises to stop buying junk food. Actually, doing exercise isn’t as tedious and
hard as you thought! After having regular exercise with friends and parents, the relationship
between us have become stronger. Apart from doing exercise, eating less junk food is also
an essential part of losing weight. Stop placing junk food at home would definitely be a wise
choice. Not only does it help with weight loss, but also helps maintaining a healthy lifestyle
and avoiding chronic diseases. Make sure you jot down everything so you could follow it.
Lose weight efficiently, and no more schoolmates will laugh at you anymore.

Besides, chronic knee joint problems are stressing you, right? I understand that is upsetting
to you. So, I’m here to give you some tips to avoid intensifying the problem. Firstly, you
could have a walk in the park after having meals. Slow walking will lessen the problem of
knee joint pain since it will stop you from having sedentary habits. It could also help you lose
weight since it’s also a kind of less intensive exercise which helps to burn calories which you
have absorbed from the meal. To overcome the knee joint problems, you have to tackle the
overweight problem so bear in mind that you have to follow your little daily goals for getting
                              back to normal weight.

More than that, diabetes is also an upsetting situation. I would like to let you know why it
happened to you. I bet that you always eat a lot of candy and drink soft drinks every day,
right? Stop doing that! Serious diabetes means you might lose your limbs. Could you imagine
how horrible is that? Don’t let these happen to you and start regretting why you didn’t trust
the doctor’s advice. Remember to stop eating too much carbohydrates since it will increase
your glucose level in an accelerated fashion. Furthermore, bear in mind to stop drinking
high glucose level soft drinks. If it is super difficult for you, try to replace it with fruit juice. It is
healthier and contains less sugar. Last but not least, make sure you drink eight cups of water
every day, it is really important for you to maintain a better lifestyle and a healthy body.

That’s all I have for now. I am sure you can do it! As the old saying goes: “Do your best and
God will do the rest.” I wish that these advices will help you to achieve a huge change and
                              alleviate your problems.

                              Best wishes,
                              Chris
