Form 2 - Most Unforgettable Meal

2D Chan Wing - Champion

On a fine and sunny day, there was a little girl named Jess. She was going out for lunch as the
sun was shining. While walking to the restaurant, she tripped on a rock and hit her knee on the
ground. Blood started gushing out, thankfully she had a bandage on her, she covered the wound
and she was back on track.

When she arrived at the restaurant, the waiter purposely bumped into her and accused her
dropping his food on the floor. This day can’t get any worse! However, Jess was wrong. She
read through the menu and decided to order some lovely fish & chips, but when she raised her
hand, no waiter or waitress answered, now this was just frustrated! She waved her hands a few
times but still no one answered. It looked like they were busily chatting with each other. This just
made Jess feel more uncomfortable. Finally, someone took her order.

What was even wrong with this place?! When the fish & chips arrived, it was cold and stale.
DISGUSTING! Okay, that’s it. “I’m done!” Jess stormed to the counter to pay for the meal she
barely touched. However, when she got to the counter, she realized that her wallet was nowhere
to be found. “You poor kid, you dare to come in here without payment? You will work to pay up!”
said the furious owner.

Then began a new journey for Jess, day and night washing endless piles of dishes. “Where
does this even come from?” thought Jess. She worked and worked till one day…

“Wait, wait! When I said an idea for an unforgettable meal, I didn’t mean you need to tell me
your life story!” said Jess’s spirit friend. “Is it not an unforgettable meal though?” Jess asked with
a smirk on her face.

“I…urgh, fine, you win!”

“I always do, Lunar.”
