Letter of Complaint

         Dear Sir/Madam


         I am writing to complain about the camera I bought 3 months ago. The model
         of the camera is Sony D6000 camera (white). I bought it from @the_camera_
         shop.


         First, I ordered the camera in January but received it in April. The shipping was

         so slow. I bought this camera because I wanted to take photos in Chinese New
         Year. This was important as I could see my whole family during Chinese New
         Year. Next year, they will go to travel. Therefore, I really needed this camera 3

         months ago. I feel disappointed.


         Second, the lens was broken. I felt very angry. The slow shipping was a small
         problem. But the lens was broken. I could not take photos with it. The colour
         was not what I wanted. I wanted the white one, but you gave me the black one.
         The shipping was slow. I could not take photos in the Easter holiday because

         it was broken, I think you should use bubble wrap to protect the camera. The
         camera is not cheap. You should be careful. The wrong colour of the camera
         was also a big mistake. You should have checked it carefully.


         I think if you are more careful, you can get more customers. I feel disappointed
         and angry. I want a refund. If you do not give me a refund, I will post my bad

         shopping experience on Instagram and tell all my friends. I can be contacted
