Secondly, the lens is broken. There are cracks on the lens and clearly it
can’t be used. I don’t know if it was broken in the shipping process or it was
broken before shipping. I think your shop has to take full responsibility for this

problem. The packing of the camera should be able to protect the camera.
This problem is unacceptable for me. I can’t even use the camera after I paid
for it.

The last problem is the wrong colour. I ordered the white camera, but I got
the black one. Even when they are of the same price, I don’t want to get
something that I don’t like the most when I can choose.

I intend to share my unpleasant experience with my friends and online if
I don’t receive a timely and satisfactory response. I want a refund as the
compensation. The original price with $300 more will be reasonable for me. I

wasted a lot of time and got disappointed. I can be contacted at +852 9876
