You are Chris Wong. You ordered a camera from an Instagram shop, @the_
camera_shop, in January, but you are not happy with the shopping experience.
After chatting with your friend, Mary, you have decided to write a letter of
complaint to the Instagram shop owner.
In your letter, you should mention three problems you faced and ask for what
you want in return. Remember to leave your contact details before you end the
letter. Write around 220 to 280 words.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about my unhappy shopping experience at your
Instagram shop. There are a few problems that I want to point out.
I ordered a white Sony D6000 camera from your Instagram shop (@the_
camera_shop) in January. First of all, it is the shipping issue. I ordered the
camera in January, but I just got it yesterday. It took 3 months. The shipping is
way too slow. Most importantly, the shipping details are unclear. I don’t know
if it has arrived, where it was, and how long it still needed to arrive. If the mail
is lost in the shipping process, I won’t be able to know and I’ll waste my time
on waiting for something that won’t arrive. I should be able to track the mail
while shipping, or at least get to know how long it takes to arrive.
