                                                     Bad to eat at Cha Chaan Teng
                                                                                         5A Mak Wai Kiu Clara
                                    How many times have you had a meal in a ‘Cha Chaan Teng’? What food do you like best?
                                    I’d like to eat at ‘Cha Chaan Teng’ but there are a lot of disadvantages about eating there so
                                    I will not always have meals there.
                                    Firstly, a lot of people like eating at ‘Cha Chaan Teng’ because they think the food is good.
                                    However, the food there can cause obesity. They are high in sodium. It can make you fat if
                                    you eat a lot of it. The food in ‘Cha Chaan Teng’ is in bigger portion. In a survey, it shows
                                    that children who are obese were found to be eating a lot of food.
                                    Secondly, unhealthy food always appears in the ‘Cha Chaan Teng’ menu, such as toast,
                                    sliced pork and luncheon meat. Those foods include sodium, preservatives and trans fat. It
                                    is because some workers seen mishandling food preparation. We shouldn’t eat too much
                                    unhealthy food at ‘Cha Chaan Teng’. If you want to eat at ‘Cha Chaan Teng’, you can just
                                    order the healthy food, for example sandwiches.
                                    Lastly, in ‘Cha Chaan Teng’ there are mysterious ingredients that you don’t know and maybe
                                    harmful to the human body. For instance, a bowl of instant noodles could have a lot of
                                    mysterious ingredients and some of them can damage our health if we eat them too often.
                                    Also, there is no guarantee that the food are processed in a clean and humane manner. It is
                                    because ‘Cha Chaan Teng’ will not always reveal their unsanitary side to the public.
                                    In fact, most food in ‘Cha Chaan Teng’ is bad for our health. If you want to be healthy, we
                                    should eat healthy food to keep ourselves in good healthy.

                                                               Mum and Dad: (Scold) Jesus tells you a lot of things. Do

                                                               love each other. You should be kind. You can share
                                                               them.
                                                               Alan: I'm sorry.
                                                               Kitty: Don’t worry!

                                                               (At Alan’s bedroom)
                                                               Alan: God, thank you for your teaching. I will be nice to
                                                               one another. I want to be a responsible and hard-working
                                                               person.
