I Feel Strongly…
I believe that DBSPD students should have P.E. lessons every day. It would help to have
around half an hour of exercise daily as it would make us happier and less stressed. Here are the
reasons why.
First, I think that many students don’t do exercise on a weekly basis (apart from in P.E.
lessons) and only focus on academics. Even if you have good grades, that’s not as useful to your
life as having a healthy and strong body. Again, I think a lot of the students aren’t active enough.
Second, doing physical exercise is good for your body. It improves your memory and
concentration, is beneficial to your mental health and can enhance your creativity. This would
be quite useful for easily distracted students as exercise would improve their concentration and
memory. This is all evident in studies conducted by scientists which have shown all of the above
to be true. It was also published in an article called “How Physical Exercise Makes Your Brain
Work Better” in the Guardian.
Once more, I would like to state that I believe that having daily P.E. lessons would help us a
lot.
