P.3 students write as if they are a girl called
Jenny. They spoke about their adventures in a
country park.

My family went to the country park last weekend.
We were excited. My dad and younger brother were
flying a kite on the grass. Dad flew the kite into
the sky. “Hurray! Dad, you did a great job!” said my
younger brother. “Thank you, my son,” said Dad.
My mum and elder brother were at the barbecue
site. They ate chicken wings, sausages, fish balls…
“Who‛s your best friend at school?” asked mum. “Jack
is my best friend at school,” said my elder brother.
“Oh! I know that boy! He is a smart child,” said Mum.
“Yes, he is,” said my elder brother.
Suddenly, I saw a cockroach on the picnic table. I shouted ‘Here
is a cockroach! Oh no! It‛s climbing on my body! Help!” “Where?”
asked my family. “Here on the picnic table!”
At fi ve o‛clock we caught the cockroach. “I‛m tired!” said Dad.
“Me too!” said the rest of my family. “Ha ha!” we all laughed. It was
late evening, so we went back home to watch TV. We were happy.

My family went to the country park last

surprised! Then he said, “Let‛s eat some cakes!” So we ate

At five o‛clock we went home. I was very happy because
I went home with Mickey. It was just like a dream! What a
wonderful day!
