How to Make Mickey Mouse
Pancake with Chocolate Ice-cream
I would like to make a Mickey Mouse pancake as a birthday gift for my younger sister. She
likes pancakes very much and she is a big fan of Mickey Mouse. If you want to make one, you
can follow the steps.
You need two bowls, a spoon and a pan. You also
need two eggs, two cups of flour, a cup of milk, half
teaspoon of baking powder, two tablespoons of butter,
five tablespoons of sugar and a quarter teaspoon of salt,
ice-cream, chocolate chips and blueberries.
First, beat the eggs in a bowl until they are creamy.
Then, add milk and butter and whisk them together.
Second, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl.
Third, put them into the bowl with wet mixture and stir them.
Fourth, heat the pan over medium heat and moisten with butter. Then, pour three
tablespoons of mixture onto the pan and use the back of the spoon to spread it into a nice round
circle. Cook for two minutes, flip it over and cook until it is golden.
Next, pour two tablespoons of mixture onto the pan and use the back of the spoon again to
spread it into two separate circles to make Mickey Mouse’s ears. After that, repeat the cooking
steps.
Finally, place the large and two small pancakes onto a plate to make a Mickey Mouse. Use a
blueberry to make the nose and chocolate chips to form the eyes.
Before serving, put two scoops of chocolate ice-
cream to serve with ‘Mickey Mouse’.
I believe my younger sister will like and enjoy
it as it is the yummiest pancake she will ever taste. I
wish her a happy birthday and you will like it, too!
