and making friends with students from Turkey, Russia,
Italy, Kazakhstan, Vietnam and Poland.
We also had excursions to international renowned British Cultural Immersion Programme
universities (University of Cambridge and University
of Oxford), historical sites (The Roman Baths,
Stonehenge) and Stratford-Upon-Avon, the birthplace
of Shakespeare. We had the chance to stand on
the historic Prime Meridian of the World at Royal
Observatory Greenwich and enjoy the famous
musical, 'The Phantom of the Opera' at Her Majesty's
Theatre in London. Getting to know more about the campus

Sun Hoi students to the English-speaking world and
develop a love of English and British culture, but also
aimed to help our students grow, give them chances
to collaborate with others and most importantly to

three hours before departure. Being so excited about
the journey, I remembered kept talking to my parents
about what I would expect throughout the trip. A

start an adventure.
I boarded the plane with my friends. We found my
seat and sat down, wondering what the university
campus would be like. Would there be flowers, trees
and a beautiful garden with all kinds of nature?
Enjoying our lesson Happy Birthday Boys! Would we be sitting on the grass admiring the skies?
On the coach to University of Greenwich, I looked out
the window and saw amazing views of England. The

and there was livestock everywhere on the grassland.
I even saw a castle a few miles ahead. It was in the
afternoon when we finally arrived at the University of
Greenwich.
Parents, siblings and grandparents came to see us off
