A Trip To Tokyo

On 2 April, I went to Tokyo with my family. The
highlight of the trip was when we tried lots of delicious
ramen during our stay in Japan.
Upon arrival, we took a high speed express train
that took 36 minutes to get to the destination station in
Tokyo. The reserved seats were spacious and the cabin
was clean and well-equipped. It was really comfortable
on board but it only cost around $25 per person for a
 one-way ticket.
That night, we walked along the streets of Shinjuku.
 There were so many
 vending machines
that we spent a lot of time studying the array
of items on sale. It is very convenient for
everyone to buy drinks since these machines
were located almost everywhere in the district
but some vending machines were selling beer. It
was not easy for us to make a choice as they all
seemed appealing. Later that night, we went to
a famous Ramen Store that runs almost round
the clock. The noodles there were so delicious
that we fi nished both the noodles and the soup!
On the morning of the second day, we went to
see pretty cherry blossoms near some traditional
temples. Then, we had a decent lunch at the hotel
New Otani. The taste of the food there was very
good and we had a wide choice of food there. In
the late afternoon, we ate sushi and salami. Food
in Tsukiji fi sh market Tokyo was fresh and yummy.
That night we stayed in Hotel Niwa.
On the third day, we went for a Japanese photo booth shoot. It was so cheap
taking cute and funny photos there. It only cost us $50. Then we went shopping
on Tashita Dori. It is a great place to shop in the Harajuku District, which is full
of unique Japanese products. We found a lot of things we liked such as purses,
sunglasses and clothing. Before sunset we went to Tokyo Skytree, where we
Helen Liang Memorial Secondary School (Shatin)
could have a panoramic view of the city. The
commanding view was breathtaking and the
whole city was right in front of your eyes. It was
the most beautiful view I had ever seen.
I have fallen in love with Tokyo. That
evening we bought souvenirs for our friends and
family. We bought so many things like snacks,
candies and dolls that our suitcases were all full.
Had I the chance, I would defi nitely visit Tokyo
 again!
