Creativity Programme - Harvest Day 2016-2017
            The Creativity Programme offers junior form students opportunities
        to design, engage in, and reflect on creative projects. The programme aims
        to develop capacities for students to approach challenges or situations in
        innovative ways and come up with new ideas and solutions. In addition to
        the teachers-in-charge, this programme is supported by a group of experts:
        artist-in-residence Mr. Wong Ping Kwong, writer-in-residence Ms. Theadora
        Whittington, local writers Mr. Tsui Cheuk Yin and Mr. Leung Wai Lok, visiting   Appreciating Ceramics
        composing artists Mr. Lau Jun Yin Jim and Dr. Lai Nga Ting Ada, and the staff
        at the renowned HKNGCA Science Innovation Centre.
            Three years of harvest was shared with more than 500 students in October.
        Creative works produced by Form Four students were on display at Tang Shiu
        Kin Hall. This is not only an occasion for students to showcase their good work,
        but also an opportunity for them to share their experiences and learn from each
        other. Their work is the fruit of the six strands of the Creativity Programme:
        1) Creative Ceramics, 2) Creative Business, 3) Scientific Project, 4) Music
        Composition, 5) English Creative Writing and 6) Chinese Creative Writing.      Enjoying the Harvest


                                             S3 Servant Leadership Training

                                                 S3 Servant Leadership Training is one of the most important components
                                             of the S3 Mandatory Programme. Servant Leadership Training puts emphasis
                                             on collaboration, trust, empathy and ethics. Students are trained to be servant
                                             leaders. They learn that each person is a unique individual with different
                                             strengths and weaknesses. A team consisting of different individuals can
                                             build up teamwork by complementing each other through collaboration and
                                             communication in well-designed activities. A leader should also act like a
                                                                                             servant so that they
                                                                                             will focus on the needs
                                                                                             of others. The people
                                                                                             being led will learn to
                                                                                             reciprocate through
                                                                                             deeper engagement,
                                                                                             putting more efforts
                                                                                             into teamwork, and
                                                                                             showing more empathy
