At present, over 200 students are members of various school teams. We are keen to promote a sense of
unity, belonging, and pride at HTYC through sports. The performance of our school teams has always been
outstanding. However, due to the uncertain situation of COVID 19, most of the inter-school competitions
organised by the HKSSF in 2019-2020, 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 were cancelled. Therefore, the PE section
arranged other sports activities like Speed Stacking, Kendama, Floor Curling, online fitness programmes, etc. for
our students. Blooming in grace

The focuses of our Department are team play and the importance of striving for excellence in performance rather
than individual victory. We will continue to inculcate in our students sportsmanship and perseverance by closely
following the motto below:

“Dedication and loyalty to our school, hard work, honesty, discipline, character building and a commitment to
winning through excellence and not through destruction of the opposition.”
