Life Navigation With Mentors For The Young Souls

學校推展「一生一導師」輔導計畫，由全校老師擔任學生的生命導師，定期與學生
會面，讓老師了解學生的需要，在學業、校內外生活和社交等提供適切的支援及輔
導。會面以不同的形式進行，包括面談、共享午膳、球類活動或閱讀等，從不同渠道
加強師生溝通，以體現本校全人教育的理念。有關計劃詳情已刊登於香港大學CAISE
Review 2013(Vol.1)。

The school has introduced the Teacher-Student Mentoring Scheme in which the teachers are
assigned to become mentors of the students. The mentors meet their mentees regularly to
provide support and counselling on study, social and life skills. The meetings are in various
forms such as talking sessions, casual lunches,
ball games and reading. The teacher-student
relationship is enhanced through multi-channels
so as to practise the school's philosophy of
wholistic education. A detailed article on the
mentoring scheme has been published in the
HKU's CAISE Review 2013(Vol.1).
