P.4: 360° Ping Shan Heritage Trail
Ping Shan in Yuen Long District is one of the most
historically significant areas in our society. The trail
stretches about 1.6 km long and contains 14 spots which

learn more about traditional life in the New Territories
through a virtual tour. In this virtual tour, they were able
to know numerous traditional Chinese buildings, such
as the ancestral halls, study halls and a pagoda for
ancestral worship, which reflect the living situation of the
clan’s ancestors in Hong Kong.
Although students could not experience the culture and
atmosphere by walking around and observing the trail,
they still felt excited in this activity. It increased their
motivation for learning this topic and the connectedness
