4.   Music Development 音樂發展
                Music is central to the cultural life of our School and a key means to help students achieve whole-person growth. We
                pride ourselves on an exciting and dynamic range of efforts to nurture the musical ability of students and their love of
                music. There are different instrumental classes and music bodies with stellar instructors who are graduates of renowned
                music schools, The Juilliard School and The HK Academy for Performing Arts, while instrument lending service is
                available. Students have numerous opportunities to take part in musical performances and competitions regularly
                throughout a year, which not only enriches their staging experience and boosts their confidence but also offers valuable
                chances to showcase their talents in music. Many participants of our School have achieved impressive results in various
                kinds of music competitions every year – First Prizes in HK Schools Music Festival, Gold Awards in HK Youth Music
                Interflows, etc. Our School also holds overseas study tours for different music groups periodically and the activities
                play an important role in cultivating our future pillars pursuing their professions in music. Polishing their music skills and
                interacting with peers of different cultural backgrounds, students gain treasurable learning experience which prepares
                them for becoming skilled musicians of symphonic orchestra, songwriters, composers, music teachers, etc.


                為協助學生作全人發展,發揮音樂潛能,本校一直以來積極推動音樂教育,除聘請畢業自美國茱莉亞音樂
                學院和香港演藝學院的專業導師擔任樂團和樂器班指導外,亦推行免費樂器借用政策。此外,學校不時安
                排學生參與校外音樂比賽,並屢獲佳績,包括香港學校音樂節冠軍、香港青少年音樂匯演金獎等。本校亦
                為樂團舉辦海外音樂交流活動,以擴闊學生的國際視野,讓學生親身體驗不同的音樂文化,增加學生在大
                型音樂活動中的表演經驗,進一步培育以音樂為專業的人才,例如管弦樂團樂師、作曲家、歌唱導師、音
                樂劇指導等等。
