Learning and Teaching

In BPS, students are nurtured to be life-long learners who continuously collaborate
to strive for excellence in their pursuit of knowledge. Their exemplary academic
performance does not come as a coincidence but rather the hard work of a team of
dedicated and professional staff who unceasingly learn to excel and teach to inspire.

Aware of the huge impact of teachers on young people and how values and attitudes
could be inculcated through classroom interactions, our teachers would collaborate
to deliver the kind of education we pledge to offer through the following strategies:

✽To promote the spirit of the school motto – Climb High See Wide
✽To create opportunities for life-wide learning whereby students acquire knowledge
and skills through experiences and observations
✽To develop students as self-directed and life-long learners

✽To encourage students to share knowledge through peer learning
✽To foster a reflective culture among students
✽To train students to be critical thinkers with enhanced problem solving skills
