Our favourite food

In Hong Kong, we can have many different dishes. My family members like different dishes. I like
Japanese food. My mum likes Western food. My dad likes Chinese food. My little brother likes
Italian food.
I like egg sushi. It is a type of Japanese food. It is yellow and white. It is sweet. It is yummy. I can
have it in a Japanese restaurant. It is cheap. I like it because it has nori. I like nori.
My mum likes strawberry cake. It is a type of dessert. It is pink. It is sweet. It is yummy. My mum
can have it in a Western restaurant. It is cheap. It costs eight dollars. She likes it because she likes
sweet and soft food.
My dad likes shrimp dumplings. They are a type of dim sum. They are white. They have shrimps
inside. They are salty and yummy. My dad can eat them in a Chinese restaurant. They are cheap.
He likes them because he likes shrimps. Dad likes seafood.
My little brother likes spaghetti. It is a type of noodles. It is brown. It is salty. It is yummy. My little
brother can have it in an Italian restaurant. It is cheap. He likes it because he likes noodles.
My family members like different food, but we all like tasty food.

Easter

Dear Mr. Lo,
How are you? I am writing to share with you my plan for the coming Easter holiday.
First, I am going to buy some eggs from the supermarket. I will paint the eggs and put
them in a basket for decoration.
Then, I am going to make some rabbit-themed baked cookies with my mum. I love
cookies very much because they are delicious!
After that, I am going to spend time with my family during the holiday. We will stay
together for dinner on Easter Sunday. I will be excited!
Finally, I am going to take photos with my family to remember our Easter memories.

An unforgettable picnic

Dear Jacky,
How are you? I want to tell you about my school picnic.
I went to Yuen Long Holiday Camp to have a picnic with my classmates and teachers.
In the camp, we saw many trees and birds. We played football in a big football field. Then, we ate
some snacks for lunch. We ate potato chips, sausages and candies… We also drank cola, too.
After lunch, we played badminton. We played badminton in the badminton court happily. We also
played basketball in the basketball court excitedly. We flew kites in the sky, too.
Finally, we went back to school by tour bus. We all had a great time in Yuen Long Holiday Camp.
This is an unforgettable picnic.
