                                CHEESE FONDUE




                What is your favourite dish? My personal favourite is Cheese Fondue. Read on to find out
            how to make this creamy dish.
            INGREDIENTS
                The ingredients of this dish are apple cider and Emmental Cheese. Did you know that the
            apples used to make the best apple cider all come from Central Asia?
            PREPARATION AND COOKING STEPS
                First, add some apple cider to the cheese. The more you add, the creamier the result will
            be. I recommend adding a third of a standard bottle of apple cider. Next, cook the cider-cheese
            mixture. You might want to add some spices such as cut broccoli flowerets, preferably from Italy.
            It should let loose a cheesy aroma. Wait for it to cool down, then your savoury snack is finished!
