5. School Visit: Dunearn Secondary
School from Singapore
The teachers and students of Dunearn
Secondary School from Singapore
visited our school in November. They
had English lessons with our Form
3D students. All of them enjoyed a
great time talking to each other and
knowing more about the cultures in
Hong Kong and Singapore.

6. English Activities: Drama Performance and English Fun Fair
English Fun Fair provided an opportunity for students to exhibit their creativity, scheming
and production skills. The English Department co-organized this event with Math and
Science Departments to help students learn more Math and Science vocabulary, and the
subject-related language skills. Each class had to create a game stall that incorporated
various English language domains. All junior form students had experienced joy and
learned English at the same time.

In July, a group of energetic students performed a play. Through acting out a drama text,
students were more engaged in learning and speaking English and their performance gained
a big round of applause.
