the reaction sodium + water = explosion. People
screamed!”
“We did an experiment when we were learning about
human digestion in Biology. We had a petri dish
filled with milk and we dropped food colouring into
it, simulating how bile breaks big fat molecules
into droplets. It looked like kaleidoscope and it was 11Z
astonishing.” Physics will haunt you...
