Dear Mary,

I am writing to express my
appreciation for your help last

Friday. On that day, I just got my
salary from my boss of my part-
time job. Then, I wanted to buy
something before I went home

at the supermarket. Suddenly, I
found that my wallet was lost. I
was so nervous because I put all
my salary in it. I was so sad and was about to cry, then you came to me.

You told me that you saw a man stole my wallet when I was concentrated
on shopping. Fortunately, you saw the man was still in the supermarket
and asked the witness to stay and help. I got back my wallet fi nally after
the police came. How deeply I liked your act in helping me in my time of

need.
