Guest Lecture Careers Talk by Mr Julio Ng
by Professors of the University of Leeds Mr Julio Ng, alumnus and founder of ID, gave the
Professor Chris F5 students a lively and inspiring talk about his career in
Megone, Professor fashion design, his studies in Central Saint Martens, UK and
Bryan White, Professor his vision in developing his business. Summer placements

Australia & New Zealand Study Pathway Talk

Studying overseas has always been a popular choice of
SSC’s students and parents. PUEC of PTA had hosted UK and
Europe, USA and Canada, Japan and other Asia countries
Study Pathway talks in the past. We have also organized
several university visits in Hong Kong. Ms. Liu Su
To better serve both parents and students’ needs, PTA Briefing on New Zealand Chairlady of PTA &
hosted an Australia and New Zealand Study Pathway talk on PIC of Pre-University Education
April 29, 2017. Sub-Committee (PUEC)
The talk had received positive feedback. Parents are not
only interested in sending their child to a closer neighbour in
Asia Pacific, but also keen to learn the job market potential
after graduation.
We will continue to invite country-specific experts of
overseas studies with job market perspectives to share with
our parents and students in the future.

Gifts for S6 Graduates
As in last year, all S6 graduates received a personalized
named mug from the Parent-Teacher Association as their
graduation gift. We hope that this mug, which is printed with
photos of SSC campus, will bring back many fond memories of
their secondary school life. Besides the Ms. Brenda Ng
mug, a drawstring bag printed with a crest Vice-Chairlady of
depicting different corners of SSC was PTA
also given to each graduate as a keepsake.
