Prefects

Prefects play a prominent role within the school community. They organise and guide the younger students
in school-wide events. Discipline within the school is also enforced by the prefects. Prefects set an example
for younger students as model students and are the embodiment of school spirit. In the same way that
corridors link classrooms together, prefects bridge the gap between teachers and students. They can minimise
the chance of miscommunication between teachers and students, making sure that all students’ voices and
opinions can be heard and reflected in the school’s future improvements. Don’t forget, while prefects are our
leaders, they are also our friends!
