Space Attack?

6A Lau Cheuk Ying

On a normal and peaceful day, Marzia and I were playing hide-and-seek in a park. Every
child surrounding us was very contented; and they got lots of joy from the games. Suddenly,
the pure blue sky was covered by a vast shadow. I looked up and saw a gigantic spaceship
appear. Everyone couldn’t believe their eyes. They raised their eyebrows and dropped their
jaw. When everyone was gazing at the spaceship, the alien robots came down from a ramp.
There were four of them, one looked like a man; and the next one looked like a woman as
‘she’ was in a dress. The other two robots looked like a boy and a girl. They were all holding
something like a gun and pointed to us. In no time Marzia grabbed my hand and tried to sneak
out from the park. One of the robots discovered our attempt to escape, then he pulled the
trigger, trying to shoot us. When everyone was running away from the scene, the four robots
were shooting to the crowd; and I fled with Marzia.
‘Oh my Lord! All children and adults in the park have become stone statues! That’s
terrible! What’s going on?’ Marzia wiped her sweat from her forehead and said. ‘I don’t know,
but we need to call the police.’ I gasped. I tried to call the police, but it didn’t work. I thought
those alien robots had jammed the wireless communication. ‘What should we do now?’ Marzia
yelled. A few minutes later, the gun shooting died down, and we couldn’t hear any sound of
screaming and yelling.
Marzia and I both felt weird. In order to know what was going on, we sneaked into the
park, pretending to be stone statues. While being motionless, we saw a ‘boy’ robot whose
arm got injured. He was crying. ‘Mom! It hurts! Help me!’ the robot sobbed. ‘How dare the
humans are! We just try to refuel out spaceship. Why did they hurt you? I am so angry! I must
hog this planet!’ I felt surprised that they actually didn’t mean to hurt us, so I decided to save
the day and save the Earth. I walked forward, mustered my courage and said, ‘I wanna help
you and your whole family!’ These robots didn’t trust me and Marzia at the beginning, until
we fixed the little robot’s arm. ‘Phew! The pain is gone!’ The little robot smiled happily. ‘Thank
you! I appreciate your help! We tried to ‘freeze’ the humans in the park because we didn’t
want to scare them. After our refueling, they will get back to normal and will not remember
this anymore.’ said the ‘father’ robot. After refueling, they felt relieved and flew away. The
sky turned to pure blue again. It was just like a dream, but I will never forget this amazing
experience.
