Academic and Curricular Affairs

The Academic and Curricular Affairs are under the coordination and supervision of a committee of 6 members
from different domains of Assessments, Curriculum planning, STEAM, IT in Education, Enrichment and Gifted
Education, Special Education Needs and Textbook Selection. We work closely with all subject departments on
curriculum, learning and teaching in the planning, implementation and evaluation for continuous development.
Our committee is responsible for providing high-quality all-around education to HTYC students, cultivating their
positive attitudes and values, strengthening their capacity in academic pursuits and preparing them as lifelong
learners and leaders to face the challenges ahead.

Good Achievements in Public Examinations

Our good results in the public examinations are
testimony to the commitment and dedication of all
teachers. In the past five HKDSE Examinations held
from 2016 to 2020, our results were very satisfactory:
97% of our graduates (HK average: 70%) attained the
basic requirements for tertiary education and 78% of
them (HK average: 38%) attained the requirements for
a local degree programme (33222+). Moreover, 71% of
our S6 students had the Joint University Programmes
Admissions System (JUPAS) degree offered to further
their tertiary education. We also strongly believe   Dr Daisy Li Scholarship presented to one of the top Dr Daisy Li Scholarship presented to one of the top
