The 50 Anniversary Alumni
Homecoming Dinner was originally
th
scheduled on 14 of January,
2022. All the programs, lucky draw
prizes and sponsored prizes were
ready and we were looking forward
to seeing the alumni on that day.
Due to the pandemic, this event
th
was rescheduled to 8 of April,
2022. However, the pandemic was
still severe. We had to postpone
this event once again but there was
no sign of improvement about the
pandemic and we couldn’t keep on
postponing this event. We decided to cancel this event
in June, 2022 and as we treasure the opportunity to
reunite with the alumni, we came up with organising
th
the 50 Anniversary Homecoming Day. On that day,
over 100 alumni returned to school to celebrate the
th
50 Anniversary of their alma mater. We sang the
school song and hymns together, took photos with
schoolmates and teachers, caught up with old friends,
and announced updates about our school to the
alumni. All the participants had a wonderful evening in
the school hall.
