I have been a member of the Swimming Team since Primary
Two. I am thankful that the coaches and teachers chose me
to join swimming competitions for the school. When I was a
Primary Four student, I joined the Yuen Long District Inter-
Primary School Swimming Competition. I won three gold
medals and broke the 50 metres breastroke record. When
I was holding the gold medal, I was satisfied because my
hard work paid off. Being a swimmer is not easy. I need to
receive swimming training every day, but the training is
exhausting. Nevertheless, I will keep it up, and I will win
medals for my secondary school. At last, I would like
to thank my coach for his advice and encouragement.
Without him, I couldn't have won so many medals.

I started swimming at the age of 5. Since then, I have been
swimming with my brother, Wesley. I joined the Swimming
Team in Primary Three. Together with my brother and other
teammates, we won the championship of 4x50 free style
relay and broke the record. It was one of the greatest
moments in my life. In 2019, I had a chance to represent
Yuen Long District to take part in the All HK Inter-school
Swimming Competition. It was the most important event
of the year. I got the 4th place in 50m Backstroke. It was such a good experience
for me. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, we couldn’t receive any training. All
the competitions were cancelled. Nevertheless, I am still very passionate about
swimming. Every time I jump into the water, I feel so energetic.
