I am delighted to extend my heartiest congratulations to the Victoria Educational Organisation on its 55 Anniversary. Your
commitments and tremendous contributions in providing a quality whole person education to your students for all these years are
well appreciated by all.
We understand that a whole person education adds value to a child and brings him up to be a responsible and contributing member
of community. It is not about if children can spell correctly or perform arithmetic quickly. It is about whether they are passionate to
learn, their habits and character. It is best summarized in the following passage:
“Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6
Moving into the future, I look forward to your organisation furthering with your good work and leadership in promoting quality
whole person education where
“Learning is an interactive — and lifelong — process of analyzing, questioning, and discussing; learning is looking for new meanings
and unique applications of knowledge in every situation.” Andrea and David Reiser

我衷心恭賀維多利亞教育機構成立55周年，同時感謝機構一直以來竭誠為學生提供優質全人教育，貢獻良多！
全人教育對孩子的成長及發展非常重要，有助培育他們成為一個富責任感並對社會有貢獻的人，這些並非關乎
孩子能否拼寫正確或快速計算，而是關乎他們對學習的熱誠、興趣及性格發展。讓我用以下說話作為總結：
聖經箴言22章6節：「教養孩童，使他走當行的道，就是到老他也不偏離。」
展望未來，我期待 貴機構繼續精益求精，持續推動全人教育的優質發展，正如Andrea及David Reiser所言：
「學習是終身的事，且是一個互動的過程，在過程中需要不斷分析、提問及討論；從中探索新的意義，並在不
同的情況下靈活運用知識。」
