大家好！我是K2A班主任何漪琪老師！今年是我第一年加入宣道幼稚園，也是
我成為幼師第八年了，很高興能加入宣幼這個大家庭，在這裏開展我在教育工作上
的新一頁。 新老師心聲
在這八年教學生涯中，我明白每位幼兒也是獨一無二，每個都有自己的個人特
色，作為老師要做的是要因材施教，尊重每位幼兒的想法，我希望他們在學習的道
路上得到肯定和鼓勵，從而成為一個自信、獨立、自主的人！
在加入宣幼後，先後經歷了兩次停課，在這段工作的期間，讓我感受到宣幼是
個充滿無私的愛的地方，每位同事個個也是出盡法寶，拍影片、上網課、預備材料
包等等，務求使幼兒做到停課不停學，在家中也繼續學習。作為老師，也要不斷適
應教學模式的轉換，與同事們的合作變得尤其重要，我非常開心能夠感受到大家互
相扶持、關懷和體諒，很感恩能夠進入宣幼！
除此之外，停課期間雖然面授的時間少了，但慶幸的是還有網上課堂可以與幼
兒見面，可能正正是少了機會見面，大家更加珍惜彼此相處的時間，看見幼兒復課
後比以往投入和專注，作為老師也感到很欣慰。
我深信老師給予幼兒的愛，他們是能夠感受到的，有時候幼兒簡單直接的一
句：「我好掛住你呀何老師！」就是讓我堅持做幼師的動力！

在疫情的影響下，對老師而言，教學模式的改變實在充滿挑戰，而我們
亦要經常處理突發的問題。今年有幸在宣道幼稚園任教，成為當中一份子。
無論遇到大大小小的困難或問題，大家都會盡力互相幫助，從不計較。在宣
幼這個大家庭裡，我感受到真正的團結及教育專業態度。
今年踏入幼教行業第八個年頭，深深明白幼兒教育對於成長的重要性。
過往曾在國際及本地幼稚園任教，接觸不同學習需要的幼兒及各種教學技
巧。經驗讓我明白到每位幼兒也是獨一無二，而老師的責任便是在日常教學
當中拿捏各個幼兒的學習需要，從而施予更適切的指導。在我的角度而言，
老師與幼兒的關係不僅是「教授」與「接收」，我更期望幼兒能夠與老師建
立良好的關係，讓幼兒從學習中感受到老師的愛與關懷。
教育這條路並不孤單，作為宣幼一份子，我會繼續堅持幼教的使命，為
幼兒提供更優秀、更適切的教育。

This is my first year teaching at Kowloon Tong Alliance Kindergarten, and I feel blessed to be a part of this amazing
family. KTAK as we fondly call it is a very special place, and that is because of the
wonderful people who make up the KTAK community - the children, the entire school
team, the parents, and the many friends of KTAK in the wider community.
It has been a challenging year for most of us. For me, a new work environment
together with a new style of teaching seemed extremely intimidating and testing in the
beginning. I was teaching online for the very first time, and it did take me a while to
get used to it. However, all the support from my supervisor and co-teachers made it feel
simple, possible, and rewarding. I have learned so much in the past year and for this, I
am very grateful.
Things are looking better now, It feels great having the children back at school and
to experience - the smiling faces, the fun and laughter, the learning, and the growth of
children ‘striving to be the best they can be’. I hope things will improve for everyone the
world over and everything will be normal soon. For now, the best thing we can do is stay
safe, stay healthy, and have hope.
