Foreword

I believe many of us are amazed by how talented our students are! I
have no doubt that readers can be inspired and touched by many beautiful
and interesting writings and drawings from our young writers, including our
teachers. “Convergence” is a collection of our wisdom in both languages. It is
intentionally published at this time of the year to showcase what our students
and teachers have gained after one year of learning and teaching.

Reading is the key to knowledge and writing is the key to success. I look
forward to seeing more and more young minds discover their love for writing
and use words to capture people’s hearts and minds. C. S. Lewis, the Author
of “The Chronicles of Narnia” had once written, “We do not write in order to
be understood; we write in order to understand.” Hope you enjoy our genuine
sharing!
