My new school life

1B (6) Alex Cheng

My name is Alex Cheng. I am 12 years old. I live in Wong Tai Sin. I have a
mother, father and a sister. I have a fish and it is very cute. I like ice-cream
because I think it is very yummy. I like hiking because I think hiking can make

me stay fit.

My school is Cognitio College (Kowloon). My school is in San Po Kong. Let me
tell you about some facilities of my school. My school has a playground and

a covered playground. And they are all on 1/F. We will do sport and eat there.
My school has so many teams and I would like to join the hiking team because
I think hiking can make me stay fit. When I have time at recess or after lunch,
I will do homework. I have a lot of homework every day so I want to finish them

early.

When I go to this school, I make many new friends. My new friend’s name
is Lam Chi Lok. He is 12 years old. I think he is very nice and helpful – when

someone needs help, he will go to help him or her. He also likes ice-cream
because he thinks it is very yummy. He likes playing basketball and he always
plays basketball with me.

I like this new school because in this school, the teachers are very nice. In this
year, I hope I can be top ten in class. So I will work hard and make my dream
come true.
