Garden Fete

Today is the Garden Fete. I went to the Secondary Division with Mom and met up with my
uncle there.
There were a lot of games stalls. My favourite was the one where I could throw table tennis
balls into different coloured cups. I was able to get a medium-sized prize twice which means
that I was very good at that game! My little cousin, who was not even two years old yet, tried a
shooting game. To our surprise, he also won a medium-sized prize too!
I had lots of popcorn today but I couldn’t find the stall that sold candy floss which my Mom
promised to buy for me. I was very disappointed. We had to leave early because we had to go to
Uncle Joel’s birthday lunch. I almost won the grand prize from one of the stalls.
I had such a good time today! I am definitely coming back next year to win the biggest prize
in Garden Fete and eat some candy floss!
