Athletics

This year, the athletics team participated
in a number of meets and achieved some
outstanding results, gaining quite a tally of
medals across the age groups and events.
One of the most outstanding events was the
January HKSSF Athletic Championships where our students did particularly well in the
running events and also the long jump and high jump (See the tally in the PE page!). Well
done to the whole team on such a fantastic effort!

In March they were able to add to their swag of
medals with some excellent performances in the
field events including, javelin, shot put and high
jump (Check out the PE page for more details!).
Not to be outdone, the U16 Boys relay team also
ran a tight ship to grab silver in the 4x100m race.

Thanks must go to the coaches, Ms Wong and
Mr Priest for their time and effort as well as the
student helpers. Finally, a huge congratulations
to the whole team for their achievements. We
look forward to another fantastic season of
athletics beginning next term.
