also participated in the Competition. Swimmers without intellectual
disability took this opportunity to exchange ideas with swimmers

with intellectual disability to deepen their understanding with each
others and to understand their perseverance and persistence in
sports training.

The 40 Anniversary Celebration Dinner was held in the evening
of the same day. More than 160 guests, members, elite athletes,
parents, coaches and staff attended the event. It was our honour
to have Mr. YEUNG Tak Wah, Sports Commissioner of the Home

Affairs Bureau, as the officiating guest. A cake cutting and toasting
ceremony were held during the Dinner. Mr. YEUNG also presented
the awards of the 40th Anniversary Logo Design Competition. The
students from the Mary Rose School performed wonderful juggling
performances in the Dinner. A lucky draw was arranged and all the

guests enjoyed an unforgettable evening.

The “INAS Asia Annual General Meeting 2018” was held in Hong

Kong in June 2018. Representatives from Australia, Japan, Macau,
Malaysia, Mongolia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand and the United
Kingdom were invited to come to Hong Kong to participate. In
the meanwhile, the participants attended the abovementioned
Swimming Invitational Competition and Celebration Dinner, enjoyed

their stay with our guests, athletes and employees.
