weaker than ordinary people because ingesting drugs is a sign of the weak in the supporter’s
view. Also, the supporters will blame the athletes for dishonoring the sport, not caring other
athletes’ feelings, not feeling guilty and something else. Therefore, legalizing performance-
enhancing drugs may tarnish the public’s impression of sports and sports achievements may
not be glorified.
All in all, there are strong arguments on both sides of the debate over the legalization
of performance-enhancing drugs. After all, legalization of performance-enhancing drugs is
a theory. It has to be tested and see the reactions from all kinds of people to know whether
it is a good idea or not. Legalizing drugs is a serious and ethical decision, so we should be
concerned on all the possible outcomes, as mentioned, it is still an argumentative topic.
