Exchange Programmes
Exchange Programme Team
Through visiting renowned tourist attractions and
participating in cultural experience activities, teachers
and students can enhance their understanding and
knowledge of the Mainland, strengthen their sense
of belonging to the country, broaden their horizons,
expand their perspectives, improve their language and
communication skills, foster personal growth, and enrich
their learning experiences.
On 27 November 2025, the “Queen's College – Academic and Cultural
Exchange Day” was hosted for a delegation from Beijing 101 Middle
School. The programme included the Principal’s address, a sharing
session by the Head Prefects, presentation of souvenirs, a campus
tour, lesson experience, and a tea reception. This significant event
successfully enriched students’ learning experiences and promoted
mutual understanding between our students and their counterparts from
the sister school. Queen's College – Academic and Cultural
Exchange Day
To enhance our students’ understanding of national
history and culture, our school held a three-day study
tour titled “The History and Culture of Chaozhou”,
which was funded by the Education Bureau, from 9
December to 11 December 2025. In the trip, students
acquired knowledge of the history of Chaoshan and
the conservation of its cultural relics and monuments,
developed an understanding of the region’s distinctive
cultural characteristics, investigated its humanistic
spirit, and recognised the impact of overseas
Chinese on the local economy and livelihoods. The
tour successfully deepened their appreciation of
Chinese culture and helped students understand that
the protection and inheritance of Chinese culture
constitutes a civic responsibility.
LIU Deng-hao S1B and WANG Zi-xiao S1B were awarded a Merit Award
in the Junior Secondary Category of the “Passing the Torch” Platform
Series: “Dreams Come True” Mainland Exchange Programme Itinerary
Design Competition (2025/26) for their self-designed exchange itinerary.
