路德會呂祥光中學自1981年成立至今，致力推展基督化教育，四十年來教職員團隊以培養學生在靈、
德、智、體、群、美六育均衡發展的精神從事教育工作，並孕育一代又一代賢能兼備的社會棟樑。

本校重視全人發展，以培育學生正向價值觀為首任，重視學生個人成長及學習成效，透過不同學習領域
的課程規劃及跨學科協作，建構學生知識，強調培養學生自學、樂學的態度。教師團隊設計多元課堂學
習活動及課業，培養學生不同的學習能力及提升學生的學習動機。為讓學生獲取豐富的學習經歷，本校
鼓勵學生積極參與校內外活動，學生透過參與多元活動，發掘自己的興趣及能力。

Since its establishment in 1981, our school has been steadfastly dedicated to promoting
Christian education. Our teaching staff endeavor to foster all-round development and nurture
the pillars of society.

Placing great emphasis on whole-person development, we prioritize cultivating positive values in
students. We attach great importance to students’ personal growth and learning effectiveness. We
also emphasize fostering self-directed learning and a positive learning attitude through curriculum
planning and interdisciplinary collaboration. Our team of teachers designs a variety of learning
activities and assignments to enhance learning motivation and cater for students’ different
academic abilities. In order to provide students with a rich learning experience, we encourage
students to participate in activities both inside and outside the school actively so that they can
explore their interests and talents.

We hope every LCKer can strive ahead with vision and live a fruitful life.
