HKSAR Government. Esteemed Social leaders and
academics were also invited to speak at the forum,
including Mr Sze Wing-ching, Founder of Centaline
Property, Mr Franklin Lam Fan-keung Founder of
HKGolden50, Mr William Tsang, Researcher of Our
Hong Kong Foundation and Prof Eddie Hui Chi-
man, Professor of Department of Building and Real
Estate of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University etc,
expressed their views on the research results and
the development of land and housing conditions in

Hong Kong.
