Measures to Cater for Learner Diversity


        The diversity of students' learning ability is addressed through the following ways:
        ＊ Provision of a broad and balanced curriculum with a wide range of subject choices
        ＊ Curriculum planning, tailoring and adaptation to cater for diverse abilities
        ＊ Adoption of collaborative learning strategies to promote peer learning and support
        ＊ Adaptations to assessment to recognize different abilities
        ＊ Enhancement and enrichment programmes for the gifted and the less able students
        ＊ Deployment of various grants to employ extra teachers and supporting staff
        ＊ Ethos building to value diversity and individual differences
