Basic Law Competition Hon Wah College has adopted English as the medium of instruction in some classes since 2008. In junior Diversified Learning and Teaching
Smart Power Campaign Three Star, Be Green Be Happy School Hon Wah College
forms, there are both EMI classes and CMI classes. For the two EMI classes in each junior form, some
2016-2017 School Tuition Fees subjects are taught in English. A strong interface has been built between junior forms and senior forms in
Form S1 S2 S3 S4 S5 S6 teaching medium. Starting from 2017-2018, ALL subjects except Chinese Language and Chinese History
will be taught in English for a class in Secondary One.

Our school sets scholarship system to award students who possess outstanding conduct and academic achievement. Students who
perform well in moral, intellectual and physical aspects will be given the Merit Award for Excellent Conduct & Academic Achievement or No. of classes 3 3 3 3 3 3
the Merit Award for Remarkable Conduct & Academic Achievement as well as a scholarship. To encourage learning, a scholarship will
be awarded to the students who are awarded the Merit Award for Outstanding Performance in Academic Subjects.
Subjects Offered
Our school sets Well-disciplined Award and Merit Award for Outstanding Performance in Extra-curricular Activities to award students
who perform well according to the Code of Conduct and keen on joining extra-curricular activities. Students who possess outstanding S1 to S3 S4 to S6
