An E-mail to the Principal
4C Kwong Pak Kiu, Cyrus
Dear Principal,
I will leave this school and study at Sunny
Secondary School next week. I write this email
because I want to say ‘thank you’ to you and the
teachers at the school.
I remember once I got very low marks in my English
exam and Chinese exam. However, my class teacher
didn’t punish me. She encouraged me and said, “Don’t
give up. You will have good marks next time.”
One day, you told my mum, “Cyrus is very good
at Maths. I have invited him to join the Maths
competition.” I got the second runner up in the end.
Although I could not get the first in the end, I felt
very proud of myself.
Goodbye, Principal. I will miss you every day. I hope
you will be healthy and happy every day!

A Race
4C Ng Hoi Lam, Annice
Last Wednesday, Simon
and Tom went cycling in
the country park. They
decided to have a race.
During their race, Simon pulled a stunt so he was
faster than Tom. Tom was worried and said, “Don’t
do this. It is dangerous.” “There are no cars here.
It is safe! Don’t worry,” Simon said confidently.
Then the boys went cycling happily.
Suddenly, an on-coming truck came very close
to Simon. “Simon! Stop !” Tom shouted loudly.
However, Simon did not notice the truck when he
was playing happily. The truck stopped at once and
knocked Simon down.
Finally, the truck driver called the ambulance
and Simon was sent to the hospital. The doctor
checked his body. Simon hurt his knees and
shoulders. He needed to stay in the hospital for a
month. “You are lucky. Some people may lose their
lives in such an accident,” said the doctor. Simon
felt sorry. He had learnt a lesson and he would be
more careful next time.

Delicious Restaurant
4C Tsang Hoi Yin, Pinky
Last weekend, my mum, dad, my brother Albert
and I went to Delicious Restaurant to have dinner.
Delicious Restaurant is a Western restaurant.
The waiter gave us a table near the entrance, but
we did not like the noisy place because we couldn’t
hear people speaking clearly. We felt unhappy.
Dad asked the waiter, “Can we change to another
table?” However, the waiter was rude and he said,
“We are busy. We don’t have time to change your
table!”
Later, the rude waiter came and gave us the food.
He spilled some hot soup on my knees. I cried
loudly as it was so painful. Mum comforted me.
The waiter left
indiffe re ntly .
Mum said, “I know
a better place
to have dinner.”
“Home!” we all
said.
Space Travelling
4C Leung Chak Hin, Metheus
Sam was travelling to Lazy Planet on a spaceship.
When Sam got there, he felt bored because
everyone was sleeping and no one was awake.
Suddenly, a monster was crying in a park. Sam
was curious and asked, “Why are you crying?”
“I fell on this planet accidentally. Can you take
me back to my planet?” cried the monster. “OK,
but what planet are you from?” Sam asked the
monster.
The monster smiled and said, “Naughty Planet.”
At that moment, it got on Sam’s spaceship
quickly. “No!” yelled Sam. “Bye! I’m kidding and
now I have my own spaceship. Bye!” said the
monster when it had got into Sam’s spaceship.
Finally, Sam needed
to sta y on L a zy
Planet forever.
